Torbay Carnival 2010

Torbay Carnival week has been a huge success this year, including the carnival procession that took place on Wednesday 28th July. The Palm team enjoyed the sunny evening and joined thousands of spectators watch the carnival floats and other entrants make their way through Paignton.
