Back for 2012...The Weekend Scores With George. Every Friday morning around 830am you can hear George, Bens 3 year old son, give his score predictions for the weekend ahead. For 2011 he had a 58% success rate and had 2 weekends where he predicted all of the results correctly!

Friday January 6th

George predicted Liverpool to beat Oldham, Man United to beat Man City, Tamworth to beat Everton, Sunderland to beat Peterborough and Chelsea to beat Portsmouth.

 Well done to George who managed to get 4 correct predictions out of 5 on his first weekend back after the New Year break - the only team that let him down was Tamworth who lost 2-0 to Everton. So 4/5 for his first weekend in 2012 and an 80% success rate - not bad for starters!

 Friday January 13th

George predicted Exeter to beat Prato in the rugby, Torquay to beat Macclesfield, Bolton to beat Man Utd, Sunderland to beat Chelsea and Spurs to beat Wolves

Not a bad weekend for the boy wonder. As you will know draws don't count (Spurs v Wolves 1-1) so George managed a respectable 2/4 this week, correctly predicting wins for Exeter Chiefs and Torquay United. 50% success this week then. 

Friday January 20th

This week the boy wonder predicted Chiefs to beat Perpignan, Torquay to beat Morecambe, Chelsea to beat Norwich, Man Utd to beat Arsenal and Spurs to beat Man City

Not a bad weekend for George - 75% with 3 out of 4...we are still waiting for our first clean sweep of 2012 but it will come...he's only 3!

Friday January 27th

Another pretty decent week for George although he is yet to get a perfect sweep in 2012. This weekend he predicted wins for Wasps over Exeter Chiefs, Chelsea over QPR, Man Utd over Liverpool, Arsenal to beat Aston Villa and the Gulls to beat Northampton. 3 out of 5 this weekend so 60% accurate - will he get a clean sweep this weekend?

Friday February 3rd

Once again it was 'close but no cigar' with George correctly predicting 3 out of 4 games right. He had picked Torquay to beat Rotherham but that game fell foul of the weather. He did though manage to pick Man City to beat Fulham, Norwich to beat Bolton and Arsenal to beat Blackburn. He didnt see Bath beating the Chiefs though, which meant this week he was 75% accurate

Friday February 10th

This weekend George was joined by his 7 month old sister Daisy who also wanted to predict. Whilst we are not quite sure what Daisy was saying (we dont speak baby) it was very clear who George went for. He picked Torquay to beat Shrewsbury, Exeter Chiefs to beat Leicester, Chelsea to beat Everton, Liverpool to beat Man Utd and Arsenal to win at Sunderland. Four out of five this week for George who scored 80% - brilliant effort but yet to get the elusive clean sweep. The little man has a week off this week (As it's half term!) so will be back predicting on Friday February 24th

Friday February 24th

George was back this Friday morning with 5 weekend selections for you. And despite distractions from his sister Daisy he came up with the following. Bath to beat Exeter Chiefs, Torquay to beat Gillingham, Spurs to beat Arsenal, Liverpool to beat Cardiff and Man Utd to beat Norwich.

Again George fell short with his predictions. Once again bagging 60%. He correctly got Bath, Liverpool and Man Utd

Friday March 2nd

Come on George you can do it! This is the week for a 100% prediction. This week George chose Torquay to beat Crawley, Exeter Chiefs to beat Sale, Man Utd to beat Spurs, Arsenal to beat Liverpool and Bolton to beat Man City. Find out how he does on Monday!

Well George is getting so close to getting a clean sweep...if only he hadn't picked Bolton to beat Man City, he would've had his first 100% for 2012. As it was he had to settle for 4/5 this week so another 80% for the boy wonder.
