John Atyeo

John has been a D.J. since 1976 and it all started at his school youth club. John's dad was continually impressed by his performances and supported him by hiring him to do work at the local British legion in Taunton... and The Ricochet Roadshow was born and today in 2009 it still lives on!

John has also presented on Torbay Hospital Radio (Radio Active), Exeter Hospital Radio and of course Palm 105.5 but John is most happy when he's doing outside events and to that end for the past 12 years has been greatly involved with a wide range of local fund raising events.

One of his favourite pastimes is abseiling and John has scaled down most of the largest buildings in the southwest, with a microphone in one hand and a rope in the other, all in aid of local charities.
John now covers many of Palm's outside events from fetes to fun fairs so make sure you come and join in the fun when he's next at an event near you!

In John's spare time he likes to go fishing ...but only when all the gardening is done... he says!
