No stranger to the radio in Torbay, Rick is really excited to be joining the Palm FM team as part of the weekday line-up and broadcasting to the best part of the world.

Rick has been in radio since he was at school and has worked at some of the countries biggest commercial radio stations. Since moving to the South West Rick has put down firm roots. "I am really proud to call South Devon my home" says Rick. "I would not want to be anywhere else in the world, I have found my dream wife, my dream job and  we are now expecting our first baby!" what more could a man want?

Drivetime is the perfect show for Rick as driving is a big art of his life outside of work. A self confessed petrol head, Rick runs and maintains a classic car and loves to get out on the South Devon Roads in the sunshine and enjoy the scenery and the roads. A keen follower of most things engine powered, Rick loves spending time with cars, boats and given the opportunity and a huge amount of money, would love to learn to fly!

"Basically I am bloke who is up for a bit of a laugh" says Rick "and whether that is thrashing a car round a track, being blasted across Torbay in a power boat or  trying to blag my way into a jet fighter I will give it a go!"
