Palm 105.5 is proud to be part of the Rowcroft Sleep Walk 2012, and we'd like you to join us and be part of it too!

This years Sleep Walk is set to be bigger and better and all to help celebrate 2012 as Rowcroft Hospice's 30^th year of providing its vital care in South Devon.  We felt a bit of a party is in order, so this year's walk has some disco-fever! We have also added another 1000 places so hope to see 3000 walkers joining in the party...will you be one of them?

Open to all ladies aged 12 and over, no matter what your ability. Staggered starts from 7pm will let you enjoy the walk, you can choose to finish at five, tackle ten or flourish at fifteen miles; pass the glittering harbour, wander through the atmospheric Kents Cavern (if you like) and  enjoy the seafronts of both Torquay and Preston. After the walk you can choose to rest those weary feet, maybe even enjoy a massage whilst you chomp your well earned butty, or you could join Barbara on the dance floor and enjoy the post-walk party!

Since 1982, Rowcroft Hospice has provided its specialist care for those with life limiting illnesses, as well as their families. Over the 30 years it has expanded into a community wide and multi-specialist service, providing an inpatient unit, leading out-patient centre and community and Hospice at Home teams. The hospice has always been a local, independent charity providing a vital service to South Devon; it is made possible by the amazing fundraising efforts of the community. The Sleep Walk aims to help make this anniversary year the best yet for fundraising!
